A Double Honor: Our Website Wins the German Design Award
Our website has won the German Design Award for excellence in communication design. This award recognizes outstanding design and the successful collaboration of everyone involved.
Outstanding Communication Design: Our website has won the German Design Award in the “Excellent Communications Design – Web” category.
We are thrilled to receive this special honor: Our new website has been awarded the German Design Award 2027. Following our previous win of the German Web Award, this is the second award for our digital project—and a wonderful recognition of the hard work and passion that went into developing our new website.
The German Design Award is one of the most prestigious design awards and honors outstanding design achievements. In the “Excellent Communications Design – Web” category, our website impressed the jury with its clean design and the consistent digital implementation of our brand identity.
Healing Architecture – Also Experienced Digitally
Our motto, “Healing Architecture for all Senses,” shapes not only our products but also our digital presence. We want to show that modern medical technology and sophisticated design are not mutually exclusive.
Together, we have created a website that brings our philosophy to life and showcases our solutions for modern patient rooms in a contemporary way. A clean design, intuitive navigation, and interactive product presentations enable architects, specialist planners, and hospital operators to better familiarize themselves with our products and their wide range of possibilities.
As a result, our website is far more than a digital product catalog: it conveys what Schyns stands for—the fusion of technology, design, and quality of stay.
A Shared Success
A project like this can only succeed through strong collaboration. We extend our special thanks and congratulations to tricks GmbH for the creative and collaborative development of our website. We also thank everyone involved in the areas of design, animation, photography, and film production who enriched our digital presence with their ideas and work.
A big thank you also goes to our entire Schyns team for their dedication, many ideas, and close collaboration.
Two Awards, One Shared Vision
The German Web Award and now the German Design Award are both a source of recognition and inspiration for us. They encourage us to continue steadfastly on our path. We don’t want to think of medical technology merely in functional terms, but rather understand it as part of a holistic interior design approach. Through our website, we aim to convey this conviction and demonstrate how technology, lighting, materials, and design can contribute to a better patient experience in the hospital room.
We are proud of the result and would like to thank everyone who made this success possible.
