A good example of this is our frameless, integrated electrical outlets.
To ensure they can be installed flush and with a precise fit into the power distribution unit, the contours are finished with a 1-mm precision milling cutter. This results in exact cutouts with minimal tolerances.
There’s a good reason for this extra effort: We deliberately rely on standard, off-the-shelf outlets from well-known manufacturers available through wholesalers. For us, this means significantly higher manufacturing costs, as each outlet must be precisely integrated into the power distribution unit. For our customers, however, it offers a decisive advantage: Replacement parts are available long-term, cost-effective, and can be procured quickly when needed—regardless of the power distribution unit’s manufacturer. This decision reflects our philosophy: We develop solutions that are not only impressive today but will remain cost-effective and easy to service for many years to come.
