What advantages does HPL offer in daily hospital operations?


HPL is extremely impact-, scratch-, and abrasion-resistant—even with heavy use. It is easy to clean and resistant to many cleaning and disinfecting agents.
This keeps the surface well-maintained and functional over the long term.

How does HPL contribute to hygiene and patient safety?


Thanks to its sealed surface, HPL provides no breeding ground for germs and bacteria. Its sophisticated construction ensures maximum ease of cleaning—a clear advantage for hygiene in everyday hospital life.

What design possibilities does HPL offer?


HPL is available in a wide variety of colors, decors, and textures. This allows us to design solutions that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing—tailored to modern healing architecture and individual project requirements.
Decors can be added or replaced at a later date.

Can I choose the HPL finish freely—to match my color scheme?

Yes, the HPL surface can be customized to meet your specific needs. We offer a wide range of colors, wood finishes, and special surfaces—all tailored to your room and design concept.
This allows our utility units to blend seamlessly into the overall design.

Around 22,000 cost-neutral finishes allow for the seamless integration of visible surfaces into the overall architectural concept.

Do you use the same HPL as, for example, my carpenter or furniture supplier?


In many cases, yes. We work with leading HPL manufacturers such as Egger, Resopal, or FunderMax—the same ones frequently used in interior design. This allows materials and finishes to be perfectly coordinated—for a consistent design throughout the entire space.

Another disadvantage of decorative films is that they always represent a compromise in terms of appearance and feel compared to HPL surfaces.
