For our manufacturing facility, we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) who will create CNC programs, prepare production orders, and support our production with their practical knowledge. This position is intended for experienced CNC millers, machining technicians, and metalworking professionals who wish to advance their careers and shift their focus to work planning.

• Creating and optimizing CNC programs for our profile milling machines
• Technical preparation and planning of production orders
• Creating cutting lists, material lists, and bills of materials
• Optimizing blank layouts, machining sequences, and material usage
• Reviewing drawings, dimensions, and technical specifications
• Coordinating with the production department on technical issues
• Managing new orders from order receipt through production
• Supporting the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes

• Ideally, practical experience in CNC milling, machining, or metalworking
• Experience in CNC programming
• Experience in work planning is a plus, but not a requirement
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to read technical drawings
• Proficiency with computers and an interest in digital manufacturing processes
• An independent, organized, and meticulous approach to work
• Enjoyment of planning, problem-solving, and collaborating with the manufacturing team
• Willingness to learn our machines, software, and operational processes
